I’m Alison, founder of Thrive & Seek Co. I am a South West-based business coach and freelance marketing manager helping food, drink, and hospitality businesses in Devon, Cornwall and beyond grow with clarity, confidence, and marketing that actually works.

I’m passionate about growing businesses - whether it’s working behind the scenes for The Happy Newspaper, co-running Wavi Coffee with my daughter, or helping independent brands find their voice, and seeing small ideas turn into something tangible.

With over 30 years of real-world and hands-on experience, I support brands across Devon, Cornwall, and the wider South West with business management, social media, content creation, marketing training, 1:1 coaching, and my signature Walk & Talk sessions designed to spark ideas, build momentum, and give you space to think. I can also provide copywriting and blogging services, maximised for SEO, and AI searchable which is essential in today's market.
