Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I want to make our booking process as flexible as possible while ensuring we can dedicate time to each client. Cancellations up to one month before your session: Full flexibility. You can cancel or reschedule with no charge. Cancellations less than one month but more than one week before your session: a 25% administration fee applies if you reschedule. Cancellations less than one week before your session: Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund due to the short notice. I do recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred time.
